Therapy can give you a space to feel understood, supported, and more confident in who you are.
Many teens I work with are navigating:
Anxiety and constant overthinking
Low self-esteem
Difficulty making or keeping friends
Family stress or communication challenges
Feeling overwhelmed by expectations
These struggles can feel isolating, but they are more common than you think.
I create a space where teens feel safe, respected, and heard.
There is no judgment. Sessions are focused on helping teens express what they are feeling and understand what is going on beneath the surface.
I work directly with teens while also keeping parents informed through appropriate check-ins.
